No-Show: Dr. Holt will call you at the appointed time. If you fail to pick up the line, he will call a second time 5 minutes after the scheduled time and then 10 minutes after the scheduled time. He will also check email and text message in case your phone is compromised. If at 15 minutes past your appointed time you still cannot be reached, you are considered a “no-show” and will be subject to forfeiture of a half hour of therapy or cash equivalent. If Dr. Holt is a “no-show” the same penalty applies to him and you will receive credit to your account.
